臥式預(yù)燒脫蠟（膠）爐是硬質(zhì)合金異型產(chǎn)品加工過程燒結(jié)前預(yù)燒脫蠟脫膠專用設(shè)備。保溫加熱系統(tǒng)采用日本連體技術(shù)及新型混合纖維保溫材料,可耐溫1700℃,使保溫效果更好；溫控系統(tǒng)采用PLC,操作系統(tǒng)采用觸摸屏，更加簡(jiǎn)單、方便,控溫*,可自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)0-100%輸出,更節(jié)能省電.冷卻系統(tǒng)采用大功率冷卻風(fēng)機(jī),風(fēng)量大且集中,冷卻速度快,效率高。
Horizontal burn-in dewaxing (GUM) furnaceis hardalloyprocessing special-shapedproducts beforesinteringburn-in dewaxing degumming andspecialequipment.Heating system usingJapanese conjoined technology and new hybrid fiber insulation materials, hightemperature of 1700 ℃, the insulation effect is better;temperature control system uses PLC, the operating system adopts touch screen, more simple, convenient,accurate temperature control, can automatically adjust the output of the 0-100%, more energy saving. The cooling system adopts high-power cooling fan, air volumeand concentrated, fast cooling speed, high efficiency.
